Yes. Tell us when you book. Your doctor will review your current treatment and medical history and explain what Slimbr's doctor and dietitian support would involve. There's no obligation to switch.

Everyone is different, and healthy weight change is gradual. Your doctor will talk through realistic expectations with you, based on your own health and history. Nobody can promise a specific result.

Tell the doctor everything: your history, any conditions and any medicines you take. Some situations, such as pregnancy, breastfeeding or certain medical conditions, can mean treatment isn't right, and the doctor will only go ahead if it's safe for you. If it isn't suitable, the consultation is free.

If your doctor prescribes medication, an independent partner pharmacy dispenses it and it is sent to you by tracked, temperature-controlled courier. You pay the pharmacy and its delivery service directly, and the delivery charge is shown before you confirm your order. This is available in the Republic of Ireland and the UK, including Northern Ireland.

Yes. Your Slimbr monthly plan renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@slimbr.com or through the app, and it takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. If you stop treatment, speak to your doctor first, as some medicines are best stepped down with guidance.

No GP referral is needed to get started. Your doctor may suggest involving your GP where that's right for your health.
